by HFM Week at their Client Service Providers Awards Lunch at the Hurlingham Club in London, yesterday.
This is a major achievement, not only in winning this award, but also in winning for the third year in a row. As any restaurateur who has won a Michelin Star will tell you, it is often more difficult to maintain a high standard than it is to achieve that high standard in the first place.
Custom House puts a lot of value on providing good client service and believes it can only grow if its clients are happy and this award is a clear vote of confidence by those clients.
Both I and the Senior Management worldwide recognise that this award reflects the dedicated hard work and loyalty of all our staff, for which we have thanked them very much. Indeed, we believe they should consider this award as being their own.
